At Fragman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your Fragman account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
